At Futura Products, every order is made with care. Because our products are handmade to order, we do not keep stock on hand. This means your item will be crafted once your order is placed, and shipped when it is complete.

Order Processing and Production

When you confirm an order with us, we begin the production process specifically for you. Production times vary depending on the product, materials, and current workshop schedule. We will provide you with an estimated completion timeframe when we confirm your order.

Shipping and Delivery

Once your item is finished, we will arrange delivery through trusted courier and freight partners, or customers are able to organise your own shipping. Delivery details and tracking information where available.

Delivery times may vary based on warehouse location.

Custom and Large Orders

For custom-made or larger-scale projects, shipping arrangements and timeframes will be confirmed directly with you before delivery is organised.
