These Terms of Service govern your use of the Futura Products website and your dealings with us. By using our website or engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

This website is operated by The Trustee for Banzai Group Trust, trading as Futura Products (ABN 31 685 448 699). We are based in Queensland, Australia, and all of our sales and deliveries take place within Australia.

2. Website Use

Our website is provided primarily for information purposes. You may browse products, learn about our services, and contact us to make enquiries. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their enjoyment of the site. We may suspend or restrict access if you misuse the website.

3. Orders and Invoicing

Orders for products are made directly with us and not through the website checkout. Once we confirm your order, we will issue a tax invoice in Australian dollars (AUD). The invoice will specify the payment method and due date. Title to any goods supplied will not pass to you until full payment has been received.

4. Delivery

We deliver products within Australia only. Estimated delivery times will be provided once your order has been confirmed and payment arrangements finalised. While we do our best to meet agreed timeframes, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you once delivery has been made.

5. Returns and Consumer Rights

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in full. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. For minor problems, we may choose to repair or replace the item. We will also compensate you for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage resulting from a failure. 6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, logos, images, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Futura Products. You may not reproduce, distribute or adapt any part of the website content without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or our products. However, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
